This year’s Pokémon GO Tour: Kalos – Global ticket is being offered at a special price to celebrate Pokémon GO’s upcoming 10-year anniversary, so be sure to take advantage of this pricing and join us for this exciting GO Tour!

*Mega-Evolved Pokémon will only gain progress from one Mega Evolution per day.

And that’s not all! Mega Victreebel, Mega Dragonite, and Mega Malamar will progress more quickly through Mega Levels during the Pokémon GO Tour: Kalos – Global weekend!

To celebrate the global introduction of Mega Victreebel, Mega Dragonite, and Mega Malamar, along with their ability to reach the new Mega Level, Super Max, during Pokémon GO Tour: Kalos – Global, Trainers will be able to progress through their Mega Levels faster.

All Trainers will have access to the following bonuses during each day of Pokémon GO Tour: Kalos – Global.

  • Mega Victreebel, Mega Dragonite, and Mega Malamar will gain 2 points towards the next Mega Level each time they Mega Evolve.

  • Mega Victreebel, Mega Dragonite, and Mega Malamar will be able to gain up to a total of 6 points towards the next Mega Level per day.

Ticket holding Trainers will also have access to the following enhanced bonuses.

  • Mega Victreebel, Mega Dragonite, and Mega Malamar will gain 6 points towards the next Mega Level each time they Mega Evolve.

  • Earn up to 30 points daily toward increasing the Mega Level of any Victreebel, Dragonite, or Malamar

We encourage Trainers to use this opportunity to try out Mega Evolving all three of these Mega-Evolved Pokémon and test the powerful bonuses they can bring to your Pokémon GO adventure this weekend!

Pokémon and Item Storage Limit Capacity Increase

New Special Backgrounds are here, collect them all week!

Trainers who take on Raid Bosses during the Road to Kalos event will have a chance of receiving new Special Backgrounds after making a successful catch in all raids. These souvenir backgrounds will appear on the Pokémon’s summary page, showing when the Pokémon was caught and commemorating your adventures leading up to Pokémon GO Tour!

These Special Backgrounds—inspired by the regions featured during all previous GO Tours—will rotate daily. Be sure to take on raids each day to collect every new Special Background!

Learn more about the daily Special Backgrounds available this week in the Road to Kalos event blog.

It seems Hoopa is up to some of its usual mischief—it’s bringing Pokémon from different regions together across time and space! Better keep your eyes peeled, Trainers. Who knows what kind of tricks Hoopa might be cooking up for GO Tour this weekend…
