Fælledparken is a public park available to visitors at any time. Please be aware that the in-game event will not start before 9:00 a.m.

The in-game event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CEST for the Morning Park Experience and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CEST for the Afternoon Park Experience on all event days.

Where can I buy tickets for Pokémon GO Fest: Copenhagen?

Tickets are available to purchase HERE.

Please note that event gameplay is not available globally. Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen ticket holders must attend in person to experience this specific event’s gameplay.

Where can I participate in Pokémon GO Fest: Copenhagen?

The Park Experience is limited to just Fælledparken in Copenhagen, Denmark, while the City Experience will occur throughout Greater Copenhagen.

Will the Fælledparken be open to visitors who are not participating in Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen?

Yes, Fælledparken will be open to the public, but anyone without a ticket will not be able to see any gameplay at the park.

How do I check in for the event?

To begin your Pokémon GO Fest: Copenhagen experience, simply arrive at Fælledparken on your selected date and time, and enter the event area at the entrance indicated on your ticket. Trainers who do not have a valid ticket will not see any gameplay at Fælledparken.

Can I buy a ticket for multiple event days?

Yes. Trainers can purchase tickets for multiple days of city gameplay. The Park Experience at Fælledparken can only be purchased once per Trainer.

There are two kinds of base ticket: one that includes both the City and Park Experience, and one that includes the City Experience only, called City Explorer. The City Experience for both of those tickets is the same. Once Trainers have one of these base tickets, they can purchase additional Citywide Gameplay add-ons that enable additional days of city gameplay on the day (or days) of their choice.

Note: The City Explorer ticket does not include the Park Experience at Fælledparken. Trainers who have purchased a City Explorer ticket will not be able to purchase a Park Experience ticket afterwards.

Can I buy just a single-day ticket?

Yes, Trainers can purchase a single-day ticket, which includes both the Park Experience and the City Experience.

Can I return or exchange my ticket for Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen?

No, Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen tickets are personalized, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.

Are the tickets for Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen personalized?

All tickets are personalized, which means they include the purchaser’s Trainer nickname and are automatically linked to the purchaser’s Pokémon GO account. For these reasons, tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Can children get a discount on tickets?

No, there are no age-based discounts available at this time.

Is there a discount available for people with disabilities?

No, there are no such discounts at this time.

Can I take an accompanying person with me?

Yes, Fælledparken is open to the public, but those without a Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen ticket will not be able to see any gameplay at the park.

Does my child need a chaperone if they want to take part in Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen? Can I just drop them off and let them play on their own?

All Trainers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring my child with me to the park?

Yes, you can bring your child to Fælledparken. But if your child would like to enjoy all that Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen has to offer, they will need a ticket for their own account or they will not be able to see any gameplay at the park.

Can I buy a ticket for Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen while the event is happening?

Yes, you can buy a same-day event ticket until 4:00 p.m. each day or until tickets for that day sell out. If a day has sold out, no additional tickets will be made available on that day.

Do I need to print my ticket for Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen?

No, all you have to do is arrive at Fælledparken on your chosen day and time.

Guest Services

There will be information and technical-support booths located within Fælledparken where you can get answers to questions, receive registration help, learn about accessibility options, return found items, look for lost items, or learn more about Pokémon GO.

Nursing Stations

A private lactation area is available on site during Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen. Please visit the nearest information booth for the exact location.

Trash

Garbage collection and disposal is everyone’s responsibility. Any and all garbage you accumulate during this event must be properly disposed of in the appropriate garbage receptacles located throughout the park.

Exit and Re-entry Policy

All ticket holders can exit and re-enter Fælledparken throughout their chosen event day.

Connectivity
How can I make sure, as a visitor from outside the European Union, that there are no issues with my mobile data connection at the event?

For the best possible gameplay experience at Pokémon GO Fest: Copenhagen, we recommend international attendees to purchase SIM cards with coverage provided by 3, Hi3G, Norlys, or TDC. While your non-Danish carrier may be able to provide international data roaming in Denmark, the speed and reliability of service may be slower compared to the service provided by Danish cell phone carriers. The four major carriers (3, Hi3G, Norlys, or TDC) will be selling SIM cards in Copenhagen’s city-center.

NOTE:

There will be no Wi-Fi available at the park.

Medical Support

Trainers who require insulin or other life-saving medication are allowed to bring their medically necessary materials and medications, provided said medicine has a prescription label bearing the Trainer’s name. Out of ample concern for those who handle the park’s trash, attendees are expected and required to dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper receptacles located at the event’s medical area. Please do not dispose of these items in any other trash bins at the event. If additional support is required, please check in at the medical tent.

Security and Assistance

Need help? Are you lost? Security guards located throughout Fælledparken can provide assistance. If you require additional assistance, please contact a staff member in the park. If there is an emergency, please contact local emergency services at 112.

Accessibility Accommodations
Are accessibility accommodations available for this event? If so, how do I access them?

Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen provides accessibility services, such as accessible entrances and restrooms and power outlets for charging mobility devices. For more information or to utilize our accessibility offerings, please visit any information booth during the event.

In general, how accessible is the park?

Fælledparken is accessible, but please be aware that this venue has significant distance between attractions: the full event experience is spread across outdoor, public spaces. If it rains, there will be mud. Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push services of any kind. Accessible portable toilets are available at the end of each row of restrooms throughout the park. Luggage cannot be stored on-site.

Food and Drink

Prepackaged food and bottled water are allowed in Fælledparken. There will also be food vendors on site.

Water Bottles

Free bottle-filling stations are located throughout Fælledparken. Please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle.

Dietary Needs and Restrictions

Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Copenhagen will have food vendors on site to provide purchasable options that can accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Please visit any information booth for a full list of food vendors.

What is the EcoCup system?

EcoCup is a reusable cup deposit system designed to reduce waste by not having any single-use drinking cups during the event. Guests pay a deposit when receiving a drink and can return the cup afterwards.

How does the EcoCup system work?

When purchasing a beverage at one of the on site food vendors, you will receive it in a reusable cup and pay a deposit. Once finished, you can return the cup at a designated return point to reclaim your deposit.

Where can I return my EcoCup?

Return boxes are located throughout the event site, see the EcoCup app, our event map or city map.

Can I get my deposit back?

Yes, deposits are refunded when you return your cup to a return box.

Inclement Weather

The event will take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the case of extreme weather, directions to the nearest shelters will be communicated via email and text to the attendees.
