A new collaboration between Pokémon GO and ANA has been announced! To celebrate the launch of the Red Pokémon Jet—a special project marking Pokémon’s 30th anniversary— we’ll be holding special events with ANA at airports across Japan.
Red Pokémon Jet Collaboration Events
Event Period
July 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to August 31, 2027, at 8:00 p.m.
Raid Battle times after the start date will follow the regular Raid Battle schedule.
Raids
The following Pokémon will appear in raids.
Charmander*
Charmander will appear with a special Red Pokémon Jet–themed Location Background. Trainers can participate in one Raid Battle per day at each Gym.
*If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Charmander.
Timed Research
When you visit a participating airport, you will receive Timed Research awarding encounters with event-themed Pokémon! Each Trainer can claim the Timed Research only once at any one of the participating airports. Please note that Timed Research expires three days after receipt.

*The airports eligible for Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be announced later.
*In Phase 1, you can receive Timed Research only once at any of the eligible airports listed above. The eligible airports will change for Phase 2 and Phase 3, and you will be able to receive Timed Research once during Phase 2, and once during Phase 3.
Upcoming Schedule
Following Phase 1, similar events are planned to coincide with the launch of the Green Pokémon Jet and Blue Pokémon Jet. Details for Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be announced at a later date. Please stay tuned!
