We’re excited to announce that Wooper, the Water Fish Pokémon, and Paldean Wooper, the Poison Fish Pokémon, will be featured during November Community Day!

Wooper and Paldean Wooper will appear more frequently in the wild.
Featured attack
Quagsire
Evolve Wooper during the event or up to five hours afterward to get a Quagsire that knows the Charged Attack Aqua Tail.
Aqua Tail
- Trainer Battles: 50 power
- Gyms and raids: 50 power
Clodsire
Evolve Paldean Wooper during the event or up to five hours afterward to get a Clodsire that knows the Charged Attack Megahorn.
Megahorn
- Trainer Battles: 110 power
- Gyms and raids: 110 power
Community Day Special Research story – A Muddy Buddy
- For US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Wooper and Paldean Wooper Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, A Muddy Buddy.
- Stay tuned for when tickets for the Special Research story go live.
- Don’t forget: you’re now able to purchase and gift tickets to any of your friends that you’ve achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with.* To gift a ticket, tap the Special Research ticket in the in-game shop, then tap the Gift button instead of the Buy button.
Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Please note that this Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
Event Bonuses
Bonus Raid Battles after Community Day
Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time
After the three-hour Community Day event ends, Trainers will be able to take on four-star Raid Battles. Claiming victory in one of these raids will cause more Wooper and Paldean Wooper to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes!
We’ve heard Trainer feedback that some people are unable to participate in the 3 hour Community Days due to other commitments. To help address this, during June Community Daythis month, Trainers will be able to work together to extend their Community Day experience by defeating a unique type of Four-Star Raid Battles that causes more Deino to appear for some time!
Please note, the Community Day Bonuses listed above will still only be in effect for the initial three hour period.
Four-star Raid Battles
Wooper and Paldean Wooper will be appearing in four-star raids!
You can only join these raids using Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes. Remote Raid Passes cannot be used to join these Raid Battles.
Bonus for completing four-star Raid Battles
Once you successfully complete a four-star Raid Battle against Wooper or Paldean Wooper, additional Wooper and Paldean Wooper will appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!*
*Wooper and Paldean Wooper that appear under these circumstances will have the same chance of appearing as a Shiny Pokémon as those that appear during November Community Day’s three-hour event period.
Field Research
November Community Day–themed Field Research will be available! Catch Wooper and Paldean Wooper to earn rewards such as additional encounters with Wooper or Paldean Wooper, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and more!
Pokémon GO Web Store Community Day Bundle
An Ultra Community Day Bundle featuring 500 Poké Balls, one Poffin, and three Lucky Eggs will be available on the Pokémon GO Web Store during the event for $9.99.
Event bundles
Two Community Day bundles will be available during this event.
For 1,350 Pokécoins, you will get 50 Ultra Balls, five Super Incubators, one Elite Charged TM, and five Lucky Eggs.
For 480 Pokécoins, you will get 30 Ultra Balls, one Incense, three Super Incubators, and one Lure Module.

Stickers
You’ll be able to get event-themed stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening Gifts, and purchasing them from the in-game shop.
