Trainers,
We’re excited to share more details about this year’s Pokémon GO Wild Area soon. To ensure that this year’s ticket registration process runs smoothly for all Trainers, we will be implementing a first come, first served registration process for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Sendai • Tohoku to prioritize our most dedicated Trainers.
Beginning on September 11, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. JST, Trainers can visit the In-Person Tickets page on pokemongo.com and register their interest in tickets for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Sendai • Tohoku. We recommend that Trainers register as soon as possible, as tickets are limited and availability cannot be guaranteed to all Trainers who register. Registration will be open until September 15 at 7:59 a.m. JST. Trainers will not be charged for registering interest.
Following the registration period, registrations will be processed in the order they were received, and Trainers will be notified via the in-game News accordingly. Once Trainers have been notified that their registration has been successfully reserved, they will have a dedicated window to enter the ticketing portal when the purchase window opens and make their purchase. Trainers will only be able to purchase a maximum of four tickets in their order. Ticket add-ons, including Extra Day add-ons, can be added to an order at any time following successful purchase. Please note that while notified Trainers are guaranteed a ticket during this dedicated window, we cannot guarantee a specific date.
If additional tickets remain available following the first wave of registration, we will share an update with all Trainers.
Please note that this registration process will only be applicable for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Sendai • Tohoku. Tickets for the global and Mexico City Pokémon GO Wild Area events are not impacted by this change and will go on sale to all Trainers soon.
Thank you for your interest in Pokémon GO Wild Area, and we look forward to welcoming Trainers to Sendai and Mexico City this November!
Please be aware of your surroundings and follow guidelines from local health authorities when playing Pokémon GO. Upcoming events are subject to change. Be sure to follow us on social media, opt in to receiving push notifications, and subscribe to our emails to stay updated.
