What are Seasons?
In Pokémon GO, Seasons are periods of time that feature new events, Pokémon debuts, and surprises that all follow a certain theme.
As the Seasons change, you may also find different Pokémon appearing in your area and hatching from Eggs. Make sure to explore during each in-game Season to collect and train as many different Pokémon as you can! You’ll also enjoy special bonuses as you do.

The grand global revel known as Pokémon GO Fest has returned for a new year of splendid activities! Team up with Trainers near and far to discover new Pokémon and partake in the merriment this summer.
On June 28 and 29, 2025, Trainers can gear up for a worldwide adventure during Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global. Though no ticket is required to participate in this global event, Trainers may upgrade their experience with an event ticket to unlock additional bonuses and Special Research—including an encounter with Volcanion!
Up for an even bigger adventure? Then join us for our three in-person Pokémon GO Fest events in Osaka, Jersey City, and Paris!

Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta arrive in Pokémon GO!

Mark your calendar! Delightful Days will have Community Day events on the following dates.
Delightful Days: Eggs-pedition Access
Eggs-pedition Access returns during Delightful Days! Every month, Trainers will be able to purchase a ticket that includes bonuses and Timed Research. Trainers will also receive an Incubator with their first PokéStop or Gym Photo Disc spin every day!
GO Pass
GO Pass, a limited-time progression track, will be available during Delightful Days! Complete Pass Tasks to earn GO Points to increase your rank and earn rewards.
The GO Pass Deluxe, a paid version of GO Pass, will be available for Trainers looking for upgraded rewards and faster progression.
RSVP Planner
The new RSVP planner feature is now available to help Trainers more easily coordinate with friends, family, and other Trainers in your community and around the world to have fun tackling raids together!

You’ll be able to get themed stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening Gifts, and purchasing them from the in-game shop.
