New Mega Level: Super Max!
Starting with the Halloween 2026 Part II event, you’ll be able to increase Mega Sableye’s Mega Level all the way up to Super Max Level for the first time in Pokémon GO! Learn more here.
As discovered during Mega Finale, Pokémon that are eligible to unlock Super Max Level can learn an additional Charged Attack while they’re Mega Evolved! Learn more here
Sableye will now be able to use an additional Charged Attack, Night Shade+, when it’s Mega Evolved.
- Trainer Battles: 55 power
- Raid Battles: 160 power
The power of this attack will increase with the Pokémon’s Mega Level!
Remember: You must increase a Pokémon’s Mega Level to the third level, Max, before you can increase it to Super Max.
To help your Pokémon reach Super Max Level, Mega Evolving alone won’t be enough—you’ll need to use that Pokémon’s Mega Energy to power it up!

Remember, Trainers! The previously announced GO Pass: Halloween 2026 is available from Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe
A GO Pass is a free, limited-time progression track available during a specified period. By collecting GO Points, you can increase your rank to earn rewards.
Trainers will automatically receive GO Pass: Halloween 2026 on Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m. local time. You can collect GO Points and rank up to get additional rewards through Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
For US$7.99*, Trainers can upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe, a paid version of the GO Pass that offers upgraded rewards and faster progression.
For US$9.99*, Trainers can upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe + 10 Ranks to also automatically earn enough GO Points to reach Rank 11.
While progressing through the GO Pass Deluxe, you’ll be able to claim all of the rewards from both the free GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe. You can upgrade to a GO Pass Deluxe at any time and still collect rewards from previously unlocked ranks.
Rewards unlocked in the GO Pass will expire on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. local time, so be sure to claim your rewards before they’re gone!
